      • Authenticate users and provide access to game services.

      • Save and synchronize gameplay progress across devices.

      • Enable features such as leaderboards, achievements, and in-game purchases.

      • Improve game performance, stability, and user experience.

  3. Data Storage and Security

    • Player data may be stored locally on the player's device and remotely on secure cloud servers.

    • We implement industry-standard security measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

    • Players are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.

      • Provide authentication services (e.g., Google, Apple).

      • Enable cloud saves, leaderboards, and multiplayer features.

      • Comply with legal obligations or enforce our policies.

  5. Offline Mode

    • When playing offline, certain features (such as Leaderboards, Shop, Daily Rewards, and cloud saves) may be unavailable.

    • Any progress made offline will be stored locally and synchronized when an internet connection is available.

  6. User Rights and Data Deletion

    • Players may request data deletion or account removal by contacting support.

    • Deleting an account may result in the permanent loss of game progress, purchases, and achievements.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Emerald Wizard Studios, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
